We wish to express our sincere thanks to you for all you did in helping us to secure a very successful auction result on our Dolans Bay property.
Burraneer Bay Real Estate handled our Woolooware Road sale in 1995 and our experience then was such that we felt we need look no further this time. However, conventional wisdom says that vendors should seek more than one market opinion, so we asked five other agents to appraise our property.
That exercise served to confirm what we already thought about BBRE……..that yours remains a no-nonsense approach to Real Estate, telling us what we needed to hear, not necessarily what we wanted to hear. That wasn’t always the case with the other appraisals and in a climate of dizzy Real Estate stories it’s vital that things are kept in perspective. That’s where your years of experience really come into their own and ultimately that’s what makes the difference.
Whilst our property wasn’t in the seven-figure bracket, we never felt that we weren’t receiving the same attention as those that were. The quality of advertising and fliers was first class and no doubt contributed to the very large number of inspections we had. The Open Houses and the Auction itself were all conducted with the utmost sensitivity and professionalism and it certainly helped to ease us through the process.
